Collection / handover

The AsteraBox is handed over charged. Required charging and DMX adapters will be agreed in advance to suit the planned app, UHF or CRMX control setup.

Compatibility

The app connection requires a mobile device with Bluetooth 4.2 or later. UHF app control applies to compatible Astera lights; CRMX works only with lights or receivers that have a suitable CRMX module. According to Astera, W-DMX compatibility is limited. The 300-m range applies to CRMX/UHF under favourable conditions, not to Bluetooth or WiFi.
