Song requests by QR code with Crowdflow Live.
If you would like, guests receive a QR code for the event. Scanning it opens Crowdflow Live directly in their browser. The song title, artist and a short comment go straight to the DJ, who can work the request into the evening when it fits.

If Crowdflow Live or other online features need an internet connection, a mobile Starlink kit can be included in the plan. The connection available depends on the location and a clear view of the sky.
Technical planning
Sound and lighting to suit the room.
The room, guests, programme, set-up times and venue requirements determine which equipment makes sense. We have our own equipment; for larger or specialist requirements, we can coordinate additional technical partners.
We agree connections, access routes, time slots and responsibilities before the event. This keeps the venue's contacts and everyone else involved informed about the plan.

The price reflects the actual scope.
For a reliable price, we need at least the date, location, start and finish times and occasion, plus an initial idea of the room and equipment required. Travel, set-up and dismantling, equipment and optional services such as Crowdflow Live affect the scope.
Once we have assessed your needs, you will receive a quote clearly listing all agreed items.

How much does a DJ in Rostock cost?
The price depends on the date, working hours, location, travel, equipment, setup and breakdown, and any optional services. After an initial discussion, you will receive a tailored quote.
How far in advance should I enquire?
As soon as your date and venue are confirmed. Popular Saturdays and wedding dates are often planned several months ahead, although we can also check availability at short notice.
Do you bring sound and lighting equipment?
Suitable sound and lighting equipment can be included in the quote. We plan the setup around the room, guests, programme and venue requirements.
Can guests request songs?
Yes, in person or optionally via a QR code using Crowdflow Live. Requests are considered in the context of the music and the occasion; this does not guarantee that every request will be played immediately or at all.
What happens if our preferred date is already booked?
With your agreement, we can check whether a suitable DJ from our existing network is available. We agree who will perform before you book.
Where are your DJ services available?
We mainly work in Rostock and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Depending on the date, distance and available network, we can consider bookings elsewhere in northern and central Germany.
