- Choices, a random identifier, the time and the notice version. The identifier is used only to check your most recently confirmed choices, block outdated permissions after withdrawal and provide your decision history; it is not used for advertising or visitor profiles. No IP address is included in the consent record. Abuse protection for this storage uses a short-lived, salted IP check value (a maximum of 10 minutes). The enquiry basket and sign-in use random identifiers. The catalogue view is remembered for the open tab only after you switch between list and grid. Protected customer links use access cookies with a limited lifetime. Your language preference is stored only after you explicitly choose a language. Dismissing a language notice is remembered only for the open tab.
- Storage and duration
- km_consent: 180 days. km_consent_pause stores a precautionary block if saving or verification fails (until the next saved choice, for a maximum of 180 days). Consent records: 36 months from each decision, on our server in Germany. This operational retention period supports traceable documentation of permissions and withdrawals and the clarification of related queries; it is not a statutory blanket period. kv_cart_token: session, only after a successful basket action. Server-side basket: 24 hours after the last change; it is removed when emptied or submitted. Existing baskets are migrated when used again; unused old baskets expire no later than their previous 30-day deadline. kvCatalogViewMode: until the end of the tab session, only after a selection. wordpress_test_cookie and wp-resetpass-*: session; wordpress_logged_in_* and wordpress_sec_*: 2 days by default, or up to 14 days when “Remember me” is selected. kmear_portal_*, kmear_intake_access and kmear_intake_*: up to 2 hours; kmear_intake_done_*: 5 minutes; kmear_withdrawal_session: 2 hours. km_language: 180 days, only after an explicit language choice. km_language_suggestion in sessionStorage: until the end of the tab session, only after the language notice is dismissed.

- IP address, browser and connection characteristics, and technical verification signals. Processing in the USA and use to improve Cloudflare’s services are possible. Our integration does not transmit message text to Turnstile. You can contact us by email or phone instead.

- Loaded only on pages with the relevant contact form. Verification tokens are valid briefly and checked on the server. Cloudflare explains the processing and retention of technical signals in its Turnstile privacy notice.
