Compatibility
The balanced combo input accepts XLR or 6.3-mm jack signals and can be switched between mic and line. The active speaker does not require an external amplifier. A 36-mm socket is provided for stand mounting or use above a subwoofer.

Detailed description

The dBTechnologies B·Hype 12 is an active 2-way speaker with a 12-inch woofer, a 1-inch compression driver and asymmetrical dispersion. With a maximum SPL of up to 126 dB, it is suitable as a compact full-range speaker, stage monitor or top speaker above a subwoofer. A mic/line combo input, balanced XLR link output and Flat and Boost DSP presets make portable use straightforward.
